Fees to landlords​

Full management service​​

​

At Broad Oak Lettings, we offer a full management service that includes marketing the property, carrying out viewings, reference and credit checks and finalising the tenancy agreement and deposit protection. This service also includes obtaining quotes for repairs, arranging repairs within the property, carrying out two routine inspections per annum and notifying the landlords of the outcome. Advising all relevant utility providers of changes when required and holding the keys throughout the tenancy term. The management fee is charged against rent received and is deducted from the landlord’s monthly rental income.

Check out fee:

The check out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit, where applicable, and it's return to the landlord.

Possession & Legal fees

​

Court fees, solicitor fees, barrister fees, enforcement fees and other third party costs are payable separately. Legal action does not guarantee possession or recovery of outstanding rent. Independent legal advice may be required.

Prices are based on a standard residential property. Any additional inspection, remedial work, specialist testing or contractor attendance will be quoted separately and agreed before work proceeds
